The number of martyrs of the continuous Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip rose on the sixth day in a row to 139 martyrs and about a thousand injured, after the occupation planes destroyed a house in the Shati refugee camp in western Gaza, 10 martyrs, including 8 children, died. The Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades and the al-Quds Brigades reported the al-Shati massacre, with rocket barrages on a number of Israeli cities and towns.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza said that 10 martyrs, including 8 children and two women, were pulled out of a house in Al-Shati camp, west of Gaza City, while civil defense teams are still working to remove rubble to search for more bodies.

The Israeli warplanes bombed the three-storey house with several missiles and flattened it on the heads of its residents.

Eyewitnesses reported that the house of the Abu Hatab family was bombed with 3 missiles without prior warning or warning missiles to evacuate it as usual, and the shelling completely destroyed it on the heads of its residents.

Lonely survivor

Yusef Abu Al-Rish, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Gaza, said that the only survivor of the Al-Shati massacre is a baby who did not exceed two months, and Abu Al-Rish added - in televised statements - that the word massacre does not fulfill what happened in the Al-Shati camp.

In response to the camp massacre, the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades - the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas - announced that it bombed the cities of Beersheba and Ashdod with rocket-propelled grenades, in response to the targeting of the safe house in the Beach camp, and in retaliation for the martyrs of the West Bank confrontations.

The Al-Quds Brigades - the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement - also announced that it launched concentrated strikes with dozens of rockets towards the city of Sderot, after the bombing of the house in the Al-Shati refugee camp.

The Israeli warplanes bombed a number of areas in the Gaza Strip during the morning and Saturday morning hours, and the bombing targeted a house in the Al-Shejaiya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, and the Ansar government complex in western Gaza. The occupation also intensified its bombardment with artillery and tanks this morning on the eastern region of the cities of Gaza and Khan Yunis.

The Israeli shelling also targeted Jabalia areas in the northern Gaza Strip, and Anadolu Agency stated that 4 Palestinians were killed in the Israeli shelling on Jabalia.

The Ministry of the Interior in Gaza said that the Israeli warplanes bombed the headquarters of the Ministry of Interior and National Security in the Ansar compound on Friday evening, and that led to its complete destruction and extensive damage to a number of neighboring government headquarters.

The Al-Jazeera correspondent in Gaza - Hla Akila - said that the occupation targeted a residential building in the Tal Al-Hawa area, and adjacent buildings were damaged by the bombing, as well as the Israeli air strikes on residential apartments in northern Gaza City.

30 missiles

The correspondent stated that the Israeli army bombed the Tal Qalbiyo area in the northern Gaza Strip with 30 missiles in succession before dawn today, causing the entire mosque and the surrounding homes to be destroyed. Three martyrs and many wounded were killed in this bombing, and no Israeli warning was given to the residents of the area.

The correspondent said that Gazans who lose their homes as a result of the bombing resort to the homes of relatives, acquaintances, or friends, and some of them remain in hospital gardens or next to their injured relatives inside the hospitals.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in the Gaza Strip announced that it is urgently converting its equipped schools into shelters for Palestinians who have gone to them in search of shelter and safe haven, as a result of the violent Israeli bombing that hit their homes.

UNRWA indicated that it has not yet been able to fully implement its procedures, due to the restrictions imposed on the movement of employees due to the violent bombing of the Gaza Strip.

On the other hand, Raed Al-Dahshan, a spokesman for the civil defense in the Gaza Strip, said that the civil defense suffers from a lack of equipment necessary to remove the huge rubble resulting from the collapse of entire residential buildings over the heads of their residents, due to the Israeli bombing.

In a previous interview with Al-Jazeera, Al-Dahshan made an urgent call for the necessity of providing the civil defense with ambulances, debris removal mechanisms, and other cranes that are urgently needed.

The Israeli raids caused power cuts to large parts of the vicinity of the targeted places in Gaza, and the Gaza Electricity Company announced that 8 out of 10 main power lines were suspended due to the bombing, and the company warned of the collapse of vital and health sectors as a result of the acute shortage of energy.

Resistance missiles

On the other hand, Al-Qassam Brigades said that it bombed the city of Ashdod with missiles at dawn today, Saturday, and made it clear that this comes as a revenge for the victims in the occupied West Bank and in response to the targeting of civilians in northern Gaza.

Earlier, Al-Qassam bombed the city of Beersheba with rockets, in response to the events in the West Bank.

The Jerusalem Brigades said that today they bombed Ashkelon, Sderot, Netivot, Yad Mordechai, Nahal El-Uzar, Erez, and Karamia with missiles.

The Israeli army spokesman stated that about 200 rockets were fired from Gaza from 7 p.m. Friday to 7 a.m. Today, and Avichai Adrai, an army spokesman, said - in a tweet - that the Israeli warplanes raided the opening of a Hamas tunnel that contained military equipment, and the opening was located. Near a kindergarten and a mosque, as described.

Also, Aviv Kochavi, Chief of Staff of the Israeli Army, said that the strikes launched by Israel had caused great damage to the missile manufacturing system of Hamas and Jihad, and it would take a long time for them to rebuild it.

The occupation army broadcast video clips on its Twitter account, which it said were of the operation targeting rocket launchers in the Gaza Strip last night, and indicated that those launchers were targeting Israeli sites in occupied Jerusalem.

Ben Gurion Airport

And the administration of "Ben Gurion" International Airport, east of Tel Aviv, announced the transfer of all flights to Ramon Airport in the Negev desert, near the border with Jordan, until next Sunday, due to the continued firing of rockets from Gaza.

Last Thursday, the pioneers of the Israeli communication platforms circulated a video clip from inside the airport showing a state of panic among travelers, after the airport was targeted with bursts of missiles.

It is noteworthy that the security and field escalation in the Gaza Strip has continued since last Monday, when the resistance factions bombed Israeli cities and towns in response to the Israeli army's launch of massive raids on all areas of the Strip, and the Palestinian factions responded by firing rockets intensively on a number of cities inside Israel.

Since April 13, the situation in the Palestinian territories has exploded as a result of brutal attacks committed by the Israeli police and settlers in Jerusalem, Al-Aqsa Mosque and its environs, and the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, following Israeli efforts to evacuate 12 Palestinian homes and hand them over to settlers.
