President Moon Jae-in said, "If education is not afraid of change first, our children will be the main players in the change."
President Moon posted a video message on social media on the occasion of'Teacher's Day', saying, "Now, there is a post-corona era in front of us that no one has ever experienced."
President Moon emphasized, "Thanks to the teachers' dedication, from remote classes to making a safer school, the children were able to welcome spring in the classroom with their friends."
He encouraged them to say, "The hope of the Republic of Korea is the teachers who are trying not to lose sight of the children's hands to reduce the'educational gap' caused by the corona, and the teachers who are devoted to the right to dream of children.
He also promised, "The government will not forget its responsibilities as well," and "I will support teachers so that they can devote themselves to teaching with pride."
