Jibril Rajoub, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Palestinian National Liberation Movement (Fatah), said that none of the Arab leaders contacted President Mahmoud Abbas during the current Israeli aggression, accusing Arab parties - he did not name them - of colluding with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to perpetuate the Palestinian division.

Rajoub added - in an interview with the official Palestine TV on Friday evening - that some of what he called the Arab tools impose a political and economic blockade, and that no Arab leader had contacted President Abu Mazen, describing this as a political blockade by Jared Kushner (son-in-law and advisor to former US President Donald Trump) nor They know that he has changed, as he put it.

Directing his speech to the Arab leaders, he said, "Why (why) cut off everything from us and covert (lock) your phones? You have a duty and a tax, this is an Islamic-Christian battle that defends your dignity (...) the Palestinian people are in the first line of defense for your dignity, your oil and your security."

The Secretary of the Fatah Central Committee pointed out to 3 dangers facing the Palestinians in the current stage, as he put it, which is to perpetuate division, close the door to dialogue and try to change the political system, stressing that the Fatah movement has a hypothetical diagnosis that Netanyahu and the Israeli right will seek to perpetuate division, and that the behavior is part of The Arab official system makes them feel - in the movement - that there is collusion with Netanyahu's behavior to perpetuate this division.

Rajoub expressed his hope that some Arab official regimes would not close the door to a comprehensive Palestinian national dialogue, saying, "We will not allow a change to the Palestinian political system with an occupied regional will from Tel Aviv," stressing that reforming, developing and building the political system is an internal Palestinian national affair, as he put it.

Regarding the US administration’s position on the Israeli aggression, he said that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will continue his aggression as long as he has a green light from the US administration that he is in a state of self-defense, "this criminal becomes a victim."

Since April 13, the situation in the Palestinian territories has exploded as a result of brutal attacks committed by the Israeli police and settlers in Jerusalem, the Al-Aqsa Mosque and its environs, and the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, following Israeli attempts to evacuate 12 Palestinian families and hand them over to settlers.

The continuous Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since Monday has resulted in the death of 129 Palestinians, including 31 children and 20 women, and the wounding of 950 injuries. In addition, more than 500 housing units were completely destroyed, and water and sanitation services for 10 thousand homes were cut off.
