“The Palestinian Embassy in Egypt has announced the arrival of 10 Egyptian ambulances to transport the injured ... and treat them to Egyptian hospitals,” a statement on Facebook said.

The Palestinian Ambassador to Egypt, Diyab al-Luh, thanked Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi for the assistance provided.

Earlier, the Israeli army reported striking a Hamas military intelligence facility in the Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said that since the escalation of the conflict with Israel, 126 residents of the Gaza Strip were killed and 950 people were injured as a result of shelling.
