At about 2:30 a.m. on May 15th, local time, a fire broke out in a large market in Ruibo Township, Sagaing Province, Myanmar.

The firefighters did not initially control the fire until 3:40 in the morning, and at 5 in the morning, the fire was completely extinguished.

  Most of the buildings in this large-scale integrated market have been destroyed by fire.

According to nearby residents, they were unable to come to help put out the fire due to the curfew when the fire broke out.
