Hamburg (dpa / lno) - The Campact movement demonstrated on Friday in front of the German headquarters of Facebook in Hamburg with man-sized cell phone dummies.
The campaign, in which the cell phones were symbolically connected to the building via hoses, was intended to demonstrate against the use of WhatsApp user data by the parent company Facebook.

The Hamburg data protection officer Johannes Caspar issued an order on Tuesday with which he wants to prevent further processing of WhatsApp user data by Facebook, which would be made possible by the new terms of use that will take effect on Saturday.
