When the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's transport approached Alingsås, the inmate said he needed to go to the toilet, but the intention was different.
When the transport stopped, he seized the opportunity and smashed a window and escaped.
An intense hunt began, the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's staff were on the heels of the escapee and in an inner garden they caught up with him.
