Buxtehude (dpa) - The handball players of SV Union Halle-Neustadt have not been able to top up their points account.

The newcomer lost his guest appearance in the handball Bundesliga at Buxtehuder SV on Friday with 23:31 (9:13).

Lynn Schneider, Liv-Charlotte Süchting (7 each) and Lone Fischer (7/3) had the largest share in the success of the hosts.

Lea Gruber (5), Julia Redder and Helena Mikkelsen (4 each) scored the most goals for the indoor women.

The guests got off to a good start and after 17 minutes they were up 7: 5.

But then the mistakes in the attacking game of the SV Union increased.

Buxtehude kept getting simple goals after counter-attacks and set the course for victory with an 8: 1 run to 13: 8 (28th) in the first half.

Even after the break, the indoor players repeatedly lost the ball unnecessarily, so that the hosts were able to continuously expand their lead.
