Bakum (dpa / lni) - A 28-year-old man died of severe stab wounds in a residential building in Bakum in the Vechta district.
The circumstances of the death are still unclear, but an external influence cannot be ruled out, said the Oldenburg public prosecutor and the police on Friday.
An emergency call was received at the rescue control center late on Thursday evening, the rescue workers immediately started resuscitating the 28-year-old, but could not save the man.
Two people found in the apartment building have been provisionally arrested.
An autopsy is planned for Friday.
The investigation continues.
