Coronavirus The Fallas plan if the covid allows it: parades and outdoor activities
The Fallas of Valencia and
any traditional
or popular
festival
may be celebrated in the Valencian Community from September 1 next, as reported this Monday by the Minister of Health, Ana Barceló, to the representatives of the fallas.
September 1 "is the starting point for any type of popular or traditional celebration, although the exact date must be decided by each group," explained the minister, who has been in favor of studying the possibility that
the falleros celebrate events such as the offering of flowers
to the Virgen de los Desamparados.
Barceló has pronounced like this after meeting with
representatives of the world of the Fallas
of the Valencian Community, such as the Central Fallera Board, the Interagrupación de Fallas de Valencia, the Federation of First A Fallas, the Federation of Special Fallas and the Federation of Burriana Fallas.
