He started construction in 2017, when he needed to do something creative to do during a tough period in life.

Since then, that hut has had a rather secluded life in a forest outside the central parts of Västerås - until now.

- It has meant a lot to me, it has helped me get back to life, says Roger Gustafsson.

Is it art or is it a cozy place to hang out for you?

- It's art, no hang.

It is not for partying, says Roger Gustafsson.

Now it is to be demolished, how does it feel?

- Of course you get sad.

There have been many who care, children and school classes have been visiting.

I even had a book that you could write in, but it has been stolen, says Roger Gustafsson.

On Sunday, the VLT reported that politicians this week will have a meeting to get to grips with the issue.
