Hanau / Bad Emstal (dpa / lhe) - One of the two men who broke out of a forensic psychiatry in the Kassel district at the end of April was caught on Friday evening in Maintal (Main-Kinzig district). A press spokeswoman for the Hanau public prosecutor said on Monday morning that his accomplice will continue to be sought. The 24 and 27 year old prisoners fled the facility in Bad Emstal-Merxhausen at the end of April. The men have been searched for since then. According to the information, an incident had occurred during an earlier attempt to arrest the prisoner in Hanau. Last Wednesday he drove his car towards two plainclothes investigators and was able to escape again. The man is therefore in custody.According to the press spokeswoman for the Hanau public prosecutor's office, an arrest warrant was issued against him on suspicion of attempted manslaughter in two cases.
