Leipzig (AP) - Amadou Haidara stays with Bundesliga soccer club RB Leipzig.
The 23-year-old extended his contract prematurely by two years until 2025 on Monday. This was announced by the club.
Haidara came to Leipzig from sister club RB Salzburg in 2019 and has since played 80 competitive games.
He marked seven goals.
This season the Malian national player made the leap to become a regular player and was on the field in 40 of 45 games so far.
Before Haidara, defender Willi Orban and goalkeeper Peter Gulasci had prematurely extended their contracts with the cup finalists.
