During the first half of May, work is underway to make the E6 fine for spring after winter.
This is done in different stages on the stretch between Ljungskile and Nordbymotet in Strömstad.
On Monday, work was also carried out on the Uddevalla Bridge, which was closed between 06:00 and 19:00.
Among other things, lifts are replaced and bronze cable cables are inspected.

All traffic on the E6 between Torp shopping center and Lyckornamotet is therefore routed, which has created queues and longer travel times.

For my part, it went pretty fast.
But in a southerly direction, there was a cross stop when I went through, says SVT's reporter who drove north on the road on Monday morning.
