A gathering of several hundred people celebrating the lifting of the curfew was dispersed in Brussels (Belgium) overnight from Saturday to Sunday.
The intervention of the police caused some incidents.
A crowd of young people gathered on Place Flagey, a usual place of gatherings, on the first day of the reopening of the terraces.
Three people were arrested during the dispersal, around 1:30 am, a police spokesperson said on Sunday.

Lifting of the curfew in Belgium
A participant and a police officer were injured in the head by thrown projectiles.
The police used a water cannon to remove the approximately 500 people still present at the scene.
Before the arrival of the police, the mayor of Ixelles, Christos Doulkeridis, intervened to urge the young people, mostly unmasked, to return home.
Many Belgians gathered on Saturday on the terraces of cafes and restaurants, which reopened after nearly seven months of health restrictions.
The curfew has been lifted and replaced with a ban on gatherings of more than three people outdoors between midnight and 5 a.m.
