Drivers in the 3 pilot cities can log in to the "Traffic Management 12123" APP personal account to receive an electronic driver's license. The driver's license should be within the validity period when applying and submit an electronic ID photo within 6 months.

Electronic driving licenses can be applied to multiple scenarios such as law enforcement management and public services.

During the law enforcement inspection, if the driver shows the electronic driving license, the public security traffic control department will no longer check the paper driving license, and check the driving license information online through the law enforcement terminal.
When handling traffic control services, drivers can present their electronic driver's license for driving control, handling traffic violations, handling traffic accidents, etc., without having to submit a paper driver's license.
For insurance claims, rental of vehicles, and job recruitment, drivers can present their electronic driving licenses, and relevant units can verify their driving qualifications online.
