“Massive attacks were recorded on the website of the online march - 3 DDoS attacks and 6 web attacks,” RIA Novosti quoted the press service of the All-Russian public civil-patriotic movement “Immortal Regiment of Russia”.

It is noted that due to the need to restore the serviceability of the resource, its functionality was temporarily limited.

It is specified that the site will soon be fully operational.

The press service also noted that attempts to post portraits of Nazis on the site were suppressed, data on the people who sent these images will be transferred to the Investigative Committee of Russia.

The online march of the "Immortal Regiment" began in every region of Russia on Sunday at 15.00 local time.

Earlier it was reported that an action "Immortal Regiment" is being held in Russia in memory of the feat of soldiers and officers who fought against the invaders during the Great Patriotic War.

In connection with the coronavirus pandemic, the procession is being held online.
