"A huge number of errors are associated with fractions, percentages and negative numbers," said Ivan Yashchenko, head of the federal group of USE developers in mathematics, scientific director of the Center for Pedagogical Excellence.

According to him, up to 40% of the mistakes of those who did not pass the exam are due to the fact that the student misunderstood the condition.
