She said yes to housing without showing: "It stank in the apartment"

The long-awaited first-hand contract on Värmdö was a disappointment for Anna Lena Olsson.

The location and layout seemed good, but the disappointment came when she put the keys in the lock.

- It stank in the whole apartment, the terrible feeling I got when I entered the apartment can not be described, says Anna Lena Olsson.

The smell in the bathroom and stains on the floor and walls made Anna Lena wait to move into the home.

According to Anna Lena, the condition of the apartment was never apparent when she signed the apartment contract.

Värmdö housing: "We can always get better at communication"

The municipal real estate company Värmdö bostäder regrets that the tenant is not satisfied.

They have promised to renovate the apartment, but it will happen during the time that Anna Lena Olsson lives there.

- I think we can always get better at communicating in connection with moving in, it's still about people's homes.

But I would say that we still follow the routines we have, says Kenneth Claesson, CEO of Värmdö Bostäder.
