In addition to fixed venues from Swedish nature, "Towards brighter times" will show the country from above.

During the ten days that the program runs, SVT will fly drones from various locations from southernmost Skåne to Norrbotten's northernmost tip.

- We will place cameras in Abisko, Smygehuk and the Stockholm archipelago, among other places.

But will also show pictures from viewers and photographers around the country, says Johan Erhag who is project manager at SVT Umeå.

Slow TV attracts audiences

Even if the popular program "The big moose hike" is coming to an end, you will leave some cameras in Kullberg that you can use in the program "Towards brighter times".

- I think slow TV is here to stay.

We have seen a fantastic response to the moose hike.

But also at Gården and Guldbron, which are productions made in Umeå.

The technology has opened up enormous opportunities for making this type of TV, says project manager Johan Erhag.

The program starts at 23.00 on SVT Play, Kunskapskanalen and in the Duo app.
