Dresden (dpa / sn) - Saxony promises the citizens of the Free State more freedom with falling corona numbers. To this end, the state government has passed a new Corona Protection Ordinance, which will apply from Monday until the end of May. However, the rules of the new regulation only apply where the federal emergency brake no longer applies: In rural districts and urban districts, in which the seven-day incidence is below 100 on five consecutive working days. Most of the regions in Saxony are still a long way from this - with the exception of the two large cities.
FACILITIES FOR VACCINATED PERSONS: Anyone who received a second vaccination against the coronavirus at least 14 days ago is considered fully vaccinated. These people as well as those who have recovered (proven by a PCR test that is at least 28 days old) will no longer have to present a negative test in the future, for example at the hairdresser or appointment shopping. They are put on an equal footing with those who tested negative. After the Bundestag, the Federal Council approved a relaxation of the rules for fully vaccinated people and those recovered from Corona on Friday. Among other things, exit and contact restrictions are no longer applicable for them.
CONTACTS: If there is an incidence of less than 100 new corona cases per 100,000 inhabitants within seven days, the contact restrictions will be relaxed.
Then a maximum of five people from two households are allowed to meet inside; outside there are ten people.
Children under the age of 14 are not counted.
Twenty people may be present at marriages, subject to conditions, and 30 at funerals.

GASTRONOMY AND TOURISM: Overnight stays on campsites and in holiday apartments are allowed with a stable seven-day incidence below 100 - with contact recording. Only when the value is below 50 is it possible to stay overnight in hotels and guesthouses again - but only with a booking, test and contact recording. A visit to the beer garden is also possible with a stable value below 100: Gastronomy companies are at least allowed to open their outdoor facilities and are already preparing for it in Dresden and Leipzig. The prerequisites are the allocation of appointments and recording of contacts as well as a negative test if more than two households are sitting at one table.
CINEMAS AND MUSEUMS: Open-air events may take place again with certain conditions if the infection rate is stable below 100.
The same applies to cinemas, theaters and concert halls and museums and galleries.
The prerequisite is a negative test, and contact tracking must also be guaranteed.
SPORT: Up to 20 children and adolescents are allowed to train outside in a group if the number of infections is correspondingly low; contact sports are also allowed with a negative test.
Fitness studios are allowed to open for contactless sports and medically necessary treatments.
If the incidence falls below 50 on five working days in a row, non-contact sport on indoor and outdoor sports facilities is again possible without conditions.

FOLLOW-UP OF CONTACTS: Saxony is the first federal state to enable the legally secure use of the Corona warning app for digital contact tracking when shopping, at events and other facilities.
