Berka / Werra (dpa / th) - A 52-year-old motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision with a car.
The man was taken to a hospital on Saturday, the police said on Sunday.
The collision occurred on a country road near Berka / Werra (Wartburgkreis) at a junction.
The 79-year-old driver of the car and his passenger were uninjured.
The investigation into the exact course of the accident is ongoing.
The police estimated the damage to property at around 9,000 euros.
