But only Kilsbor can use it.

One of the news at the recycling facility is that it is now required that you live in Kil to be able to throw your rubbish there.

To enter the facility, you must therefore be a registered customer or scan your driver's license whose QR code shows that you live in Kil.

Another change is that it is no longer possible to collect all rubbish in a bag and throw it in combustibles.

Instead, everything must be sorted.

TV screens and QR codes in the area guide what should be thrown in each container.

In a few weeks, a new app with sorting help will also be released.

Help sorting

- If you tap in what you want to throw away, you get a packing list that tells you which order to pack to avoid going back and forth at the recycling facility, says Leif Östlind, CEO of Kils Avfallshantering AB.

With the digital login, it will also be possible in the autumn to throw rubbish outside regular opening hours.

Hear Leif Östlind in the clip tell more about the news at Kil's Recycling Station.
