The afternoon activities at Helges have been able to be open for grades 4-6 until 5 pm. But for the 13-19 year olds, they have had to stay closed.

An age group that is important to capture and meet for, says leisure leader Victoria Hallberg.

- If you are out in the area, you may be picked up by gangs and if you are a person who does not place the greatest emphasis on school or have their own drive to, for example, play sports, it can easily end up in the wrong company, says Victoria Hallberg.

For Victoria, who has worked for 30 years at Helges, there is a concern about how it will now be possible to build lasting relationships when you cannot meet.

Instead, you can use digital solutions like many others in a similar seat.

Something Victoria has noticed that not everyone uses and that it becomes more difficult to get the young people in depth.

17-year-old Istar Muhamed longs for Helges

- This is where I made friends and here there are adults who really care about you, who are there for you when your parents are out working, says Istar Muhamed.

For Istar, who before often spent her free time at Helges, which she describes as her second home, there is an enormous longing until she and her friends can return to Helges in Andersberg.
