Barßel (dpa / lni) - A young man without a driver's license has caused a traffic accident in the Cloppenburg district.
As the police announced on Sunday, the 19-year-old missed another car approaching from the left when turning.
The vehicles collided.
The police found on the spot that the young man did not have a valid driver's license and initiated criminal proceedings.
People were not injured in the accident on Saturday afternoon.
