Sydney Lohmann brought the guests from southern Germany into the lead in the 34th minute.
Ewa Pajor equalized for the hosts in the final phase (81st).
Before the last two game days of this season, the Bavarians are now two points ahead of VfL, who recently won the title four times in a row.
There is a lot to suggest that the German champions will come from Munich for both women and men.
