Wiesbaden (dpa / lhe) - Three strangers attacked and injured a man in Wiesbaden.
According to initial findings, the 33-year-old was beaten with stabbing tools and batons, as the police announced on Saturday.
An ambulance took him to a clinic after the attack on Friday evening.
A search for the three attackers was initially unsuccessful, according to the information.
In addition to numerous patrol cars, a police helicopter was also in use.
Investigators are now looking for witnesses to the attack.
