Potsdam (dpa / bb) - The number of new corona infections per 100,000 inhabitants in one week has continued to decrease in Brandenburg.
The value fell from just under 93.9 the day before on Saturday to 91.8 nationwide, as the Ministry of Health announced.
Within one day, 333 new infections were added in Brandenburg.
If the incidence nationwide remains stable below 100, the state government wants to open cafes and restaurants in the open again from Whitsun.
Openings for culture, sport and tourism are also possible.
The cabinet wants to discuss this on Tuesday.
The regional development in Brandenburg is still very different.
If the opening for outdoor catering does not apply in counties or urban districts with a seven-day incidence of over 100, beer or coffee in the open - under the current conditions - would still be taboo in 7 of the 18 rural districts and urban districts.
The highest incidence values were recorded on Saturday in the Elbe-Elster district with 141.4 and in Cottbus with 139.4.
The city of Cottbus wants to reopen all schools for alternating classes next Monday and go into regular operation at daycare centers, after the number of infections has been below the 165 mark since April 30th.
The federal emergency brake only provides for schools and daycare centers to be closed from this incidence value.
