TF1 continues the records with "HPI", its new police series carried by Audrey Fleurot, which had a dazzling start at the end of April and recorded even higher audiences this week, according to data communicated by the chain.

The first two episodes, broadcast on April 29, had gathered an average of 9.3 million viewers or 40.1% of the public, a record for the channel since the launch of "Clem" in 2010.

And by adding the replay views over the last seven days, a total of 11.5 million viewers watched the first episode, and 11.3 million who will see the second.

According to TF1, this is the best launch for a French series, all channels combined, since "Dolmen" in 2005.

In addition, according to other figures relayed on Friday by TF1, episodes 3 and 4 achieved the 2nd best audience of the year 2021, behind a speech by President Emmanuel Macron, with 10.5 million viewers on average.

According to the Bouygues group channel, this makes HPI the third most watched series in the main European countries, only the British “Line of Duty” and “Tatort”, the famous German police series, doing better.

In HPI, a series produced by the Mediawan group and Itinerary Productions, Audrey Fleurot ("Engrenages", "Un village français" ...) portrays an eccentric housekeeper with "high intellectual potential", a single mother of three children, recruited as consultant by the police.
