A woman in her 40s is charged with the murder of a personal assistant in Trollhättan.

It was the fourth of September that the assistant did not come home from work.

Two days later, the woman was arrested on suspicion of murder.

The motive is money

According to the investigation, the motive behind the murder must be money.

- I mean that the now accused woman came to the apartment during the night and had her colleague killed.

Then she took the user's wallet and phone and withdrew money from the user's account.

As an employee, she had the code to be able to carry out transactions from the account, says chief prosecutor Daniel Edsbagge.

Captured on surveillance camera

In addition to murder, the woman is suspected of theft and fraud as well as causing danger to others towards the user.

- Decisive in the evidence is that on the Saturday after the act she threw bloody shoes, socks and gloves at a recycling center in Uddevalla.

It was captured on surveillance camera and the police seized the objects.

An analysis by NFC shows that the blood on the objects came from the murdered man in the apartment.

The woman could thus be decisively tied to the crimes, says Daniel Edsbagge.

Denies crime

The suspect has always denied any wrongdoing during interrogation.

She has told the probation service about her version.

"She says that she was picked up by two men in her own home and taken to the current address, where the two men are said to have committed the crime / NN / is suspected of

," the probation service writes.
