The measurements contain a lot of uncertainty factors, according to Stefan Engblom, but it is clear that the results are going in the right direction.
If you look at the Uppsala region, measurements from last autumn show that the risk of dying from illness was around 0.6 percent.
Estimates in March showed that the risk had fallen to around 0.3 per cent.
