　　Case 1176 is a Philippine female worker in her 20s. She went to work in Taiwan on April 7 this year. She had a negative test report within 3 days before the flight. After entering the country, she was quarantined at the centralized quarantine station. The quarantine was taken before the expiry of the quarantine period on April 20. , The result is negative.

After the expiration of the quarantine period on April 22, the case was arranged by the company for independent health management in other residences. On April 27, he went to the hospital for quarantine at his own expense, and the result was negative.

Due to work needs, he went to the hospital again on May 5 for examination at his own expense, and the diagnosis was confirmed today.

　　Case 1177 is a 30-year-old male fisherman from the Philippines. He went to work in Taiwan on April 23 this year. He had a negative test report within 3 days before the flight. After entering the country, he was quarantined at the centralized quarantine station. It was collected before the expiry of the quarantine period on May 6. He was diagnosed today.

　　Case 1178 is a Taiwanese man in his 40s. He went to work in India in February last year. He returned to Taiwan on April 23 this year. He had a negative test report within 3 days before the flight. After entering the country, he went to his residence for quarantine. He developed cough and appeared on April 25. For symptoms such as sore throat, the health unit arranged for medical examination on April 28, and the result was negative.

As the case still had a sore throat, the health unit arranged for medical examination again on May 5, and the diagnosis was confirmed today.

　　Case 1179 is a Taiwanese woman in her 20s. She worked in the UK from April 2019. She returned to Taiwan on April 23 this year. She had a negative test report within 3 days before the flight. After entry, she went to the epidemic prevention hotel for quarantine, April 30 to 5. On May 5, symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sore throat, muscle aches, fatigue, diarrhea, abnormal smell and taste, and fever appeared one after another. On May 5, the health unit arranged for medical examination, and the diagnosis was confirmed today.
