The Minister of Reconciliation Kouadio Konan Bertin received this Thursday morning a delegation of pro-Gbagbo exiles, who returned from Ghana a few days ago after 10 years of exile.
A return that prefigures that of their leader Laurent Gbagbo.

Spokesman for Laurent Gbagbo, Justin Koné Katinan led this delegation composed in particular of Jeannette Koudou, the sister of the former president, or of Damana Pickass vice-president of the FPI GOR.
Exiles returning from Ghana to prepare for the return of their leader, who came here to thank the authorities for the process initiated.

On March 31, President Laurent Gbagbo was definitively acquitted, and we were pleased with the speech the Head of State made in the week that followed and in which he disposed his government to facilitate the return of Laurent Gbagbo . And so we came in the spirit of peace and reconciliation to participate in this process which, for us, with the arrival of President Laurent Gbagbo, will constitute a giant step towards reconciliation. We know hearts are bleeding on both sides, which is why we must celebrate this victory with modesty.

To the ritual question on the date of Laurent Gbagbo's return, none of the protagonists was able to answer, limiting themselves to repeating that it will only be announced once all the terms of the return have been settled.
