Trier (dpa / lrs) - Concern about the job, loneliness and stress in the family: In the corona pandemic, people are increasingly looking for advice and consolation in telephone counseling.

In Trier, there were 11,550 conversations in 2020, more than 1,000 more than a year earlier, the Trier diocese announced on Friday.

Especially at the beginning of the first lockdown in spring 2020, demand rose sharply.
