Montabaur (dpa / lrs) - A 21-year-old man has been arrested in Montabaur because he is said to have been dealing drugs for a long period of time.
As the police announced on Friday, the 21-year-old was caught red-handed and taken into custody on Wednesday after an “intensive investigation lasting several months” on Wednesday at a drug store in the city center.
According to the information, the man is now in custody.
According to the police, an investigating judge issued a corresponding arrest warrant on Thursday.
The suspect is said to have been selling drugs in the Montabaur area for a long time.
When searching his apartment after the arrest, the police said they found 134 grams of marijuana in 71 sales portions.
During the apartment search, family members of the accused attacked the police officers deployed, it said.
A police officer was slightly injured.
