Lena, IVA nurse: "It is eating, sleeping, working that matters"

At the beginning of the year, approximately 750 healthcare employees in the region signed the crisis agreement.

Most wards have now terminated the agreement, but at IVA in Jönköping, Eksjö and Värnamo it still applies, due to the large number of patients there.

"Not sure if I will get my vacation"

13 of the 110 IVA employees who enter into the crisis agreement during the current four-week period are located in Värnamo.

- It is eating, sleeping, working that counts.

You do not have time for yourself and you do not have time for the family.

We have been granted a holiday this summer, but I still feel unsure if I will get my holiday, says Lena Fritzell.

At Ryhov in Jönköping, 58 IVA employees are on the crisis agreement during week 17-20 and in Eksjö there are 29 IVA employees.

The current period of the crisis agreement ends on 23 May.

There is still no decision on what will happen after that date.
