Rostock (dpa / mv) - The seven-day incidence fell below the important mark of 100 in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania on Thursday.

The number of new corona infections per 100,000 inhabitants within seven days fell to 97.2, as announced by the State Office for Health and Social Affairs (Lagus) in Rostock.

If the value falls below 100, various openings are within reach.

If the value remains below this mark for at least seven days without interruption, schools and daycare centers, for example, can reopen.

Seven days would be over next Wednesday.

It would be realistic for the children to return to school on the Monday after next (May 17th) after the Ascension weekend.
