Karlsruhe (dpa) - Anyone who quickly terminates a contract with a dating agency will get the money back for services not provided.
As the Federal Court of Justice ruled in Karlsruhe on Thursday, it is important that the customer actually receives the agreed amount of partner suggestions.
In the current case, the matchmaking agency Glück für Zwei from Koblenz had argued that it had put together 21 proposals according to the contract.
The single senior citizen from the Aachen area had only received three of them before she was given notice.
She is now reimbursed 7139 euros of 8330 euros (Az. III ZR 169/20)
