To The Guardian, British experts say it is one of the largest uncontrolled entries into the atmosphere ever.

Since 1990, no heavier than 10 tons has been deliberately left in the earth's orbit to crash into the earth.

Now the core weighs over 20 tons.

The Long March 5B rocket was launched on April 29, the destination being the Tianhe space station.

The assignment was to leave the first of the six modules required to complete the space station.

Turns around May 10th

This is not the first time a The Long March 5B rocket has been launched from China:

- Most recently, large pieces of metal ended up damaging buildings in Côte d'Ivoire.

Most of it burned up, but large pieces reached the ground.

It was just lucky that no one was injured, says astrophysicist Jonathan McDowell to The Guardian.

It is expected that the rocket core will hit around May 10, you just do not know where.

The orbit stretches from New York in the north to Wellington in the south.

Swedes, however, seem to be able to breathe a sigh of relief, as we are outside the orbit.
