Erfurt (dpa / th) - Beer garden, camping, shopping: All of this should be possible again with stable low corona incidence values.

A new regulation, which was signed on Wednesday, shows concrete opening steps.

The new rules will come into force on Thursday, but it could still be some time before the first districts in Thuringia have fallen below the critical threshold of 100 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants.

As of Wednesday, not a single district or urban district met the requirements.

Weimar comes closest to the threshold with a seven-day incidence of 115 (as of Wednesday).

However, a value below 100 must be maintained for five consecutive days.

Weekends do not count, but do not interrupt the count either.

Nationwide, the value in the Free State on Wednesday, according to the Robert Koch Institute, was 209.7.

With the ordinance, the national emergency brake is transferred into state law.

At the same time, however, it provides for automatic loosening.

What should then be possible and under what conditions - the most important innovations if the seven-day incidence remains stable below 100:

VACCINATED AND RECOVERED

Wherever a negative corona test is required according to the regulation, vaccinated and convalescent people will not need to show it in the future.

This can be a visit to the hairdressing salon, for example.

Anyone who has had their second vaccination (one is enough for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine) 14 days ago is considered vaccinated.

Anyone who has recovered from a corona infection must have a positive PCR test that was at least 28 days ago, but not older than six months.

RETAIL TRADE

Retail stores in a district or an independent city are allowed to reopen if the incidence values remain stable below 100.

However, customers must bring a negative test and contact follow-up must be ensured.

GASTRONOMY

Visits to beer gardens, outside cafés, on the terraces of restaurants - all of this should be possible again when the incidences allow it and the federal emergency brake no longer applies.

First, however, guests should have to book an appointment for their visit.

TOURISM

Tourist overnight stays in hotels remain taboo for the time being, even with a seven-day incidence of less than 100.

But camping and vacationing in a holiday apartment should then be possible again.

MUSEUMS

The ordinance tries to differentiate between inside and outside, as is the case with museums.

In the future, museums will be allowed to open their outdoor areas if the infection rate allows.

The same goes for memorials, castles and other landmarks.

MUSIC SCHOOLS

Music schools should be able to offer one-to-one tuition again with a seven-day incidence below 100.

Another prerequisite is that contact tracking is ensured.

COMMUNITY

Counties with a stable seven-day incidence below 100 can file applications to open even more areas or relax rules.

However, the Ministry of Health then has to give the green light.

In addition, the easing should harmonize with the Thuringian step-by-step plan.

There it is described which incidence values can be opened at which.
