Berlin (dpa / bb) - In the trial against clan chief Arafat A.-Ch.

alleged crimes to the detriment of rapper Bushido are to begin today (9:30 a.m.) at the Berlin district court with a witness questioning of a music manager.

The presiding judge announced that the first question will probably be whether the summoned witness has the right to refuse to provide information.

According to the indictment, criminal acts are said to have occurred after rapper Bushido ended his relationship with his long-term business partner Arafat A.-Ch. in September 2017.

The 45-year-old did not want to accept this and unjustifiably asked the musician to pay millions and participate in his music business for 15 years.

Bushido was threatened, insulted, locked in an office in January 2018 and attacked with a water bottle and chair.

Three brothers of the clan chief are also accused.
