From the 28th of last month, the Ministry of Defense has been vaccinating AstraZeneca, which requires two doses of 105,000 people (83% consent rate) who consented to the vaccination out of 126,000 soldiers aged 30 or older.
The Ministry of Defense plans to increase the number of vaccination targets somewhat, but to speed up the vaccination for the remaining personnel and finish the first vaccination until next week.

At the air force unit in Wonju, Gangwon-do, one executive was classified as a contact with the confirmed case in the unit and was quarantined.

In the army unit in Hwacheon, Gangwon-do, before returning to vacation, one officer and one soldier, who were quarantined in their own and the unit, were confirmed after undergoing diagnostic tests at the local public health center.
An army soldier in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi-do was also confirmed positive in the diagnostic test after returning to vacation.
