Li Xiaofei, executive vice president of the Cambodian Hunan Overseas Chinese Business Association and chairman of the Weikang International Health Management Center, said that the Weikang International Health Management Center is the first Chinese-funded medical institution approved by the Cambodian Ministry of Health to carry out nucleic acid testing services. The main service target of the nucleic acid testing business is the overseas Chinese in Cambodia and the employees of Chinese-funded institutions to solve the problems of difficult testing, long waiting, and language barriers.
Li Xiaofei said that in addition to conventional medical examination equipment, the center also has a standard PCR medical laboratory, which can amplify trace amounts of DNA in several stages. It is an advanced method for molecular biology research and experiments and is widely used in biology. Studies in various fields, such as: new crown nucleic acid testing, AIDS testing, hepatitis B, HPV, HCV, poultry disease, oncogene detection and diagnosis, and forensic material evidence fields such as DNA, fingerprints, individual identification, and paternity testing.
In order to meet the medical needs of overseas Chinese in Cambodia, Weikang International Medical and Health Management Center has established a dedicated health management file for overseas Chinese to protect personal health privacy and establish a health check-up result database.
In addition, the center has a physical examination area, a special area for TCM physiotherapy, and is equipped with a B-ultrasound room, an electrocardiogram room, a radiology room, and a TCM physiotherapy room.
Weikang International Medical Health Examination Center is an institution under the Hunan Federation of Overseas Chinese Merchants in Cambodia. It has been coordinated by the Hunan Provincial Health Commission, the Provincial Federation of Overseas Chinese and other departments, and won the first place in Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, Hunan Provincial People's Hospital and Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine The affiliated hospital provides technical and remote diagnosis support.
