Paderborn (AP) - Second division soccer club SC Paderborn has extended the contract with striker Sven Michel until June 30, 2023.
The 30-year-old switched from Energie Cottbus to SCP in 2016 and played a total of 158 competitive games in the first three leagues, in which he was directly involved in 86 goals (53 goals, 33 assists).
"In the past few years Sven has developed into a figurehead and a popular figure for our club thanks to his performance and his appearance," said sports director Fabian Wohlgemuth.
