Ore trains have derailed outside Kiruna - train traffic is affected

Norr Media is the first to report that train traffic is hindered for the rest of the week due to the derailment of the ore train.

Stations where train traffic can be affected are: Riksgränsen, Katterjåkk, Vassijaure, Låktatjåkka, Björkliden, Abisko tourist station, Abisko Östra, Kiruna.

- There is no major damage to the infrastructure itself according to the person in charge at the accident site, but it will still take several days to work on the site, says Moa Jansson.

Train traffic between Kiruna and Riksgränsen will be replaced by buses.
