This Tuesday morning, the Wakit Tama movement calls for a new demonstration this Saturday, in four days.

The leaders of citizen coordination intend to continue and even intensify their fight.

For them, the transitional government which was presented on Sunday evening in no way constitutes a unity government. They explain that since they reject the Transitional Military Council - these fifteen soldiers led by Mahamat Idriss Déby, son of the late president, who took the head of the country - everything that this Military Council is putting in place is, according to them, illegitimate. . There is therefore no question of recognizing the new government.

However, some opposition parties

have chosen to integrate it and play the game of the transition, parties which for some called, until then, for protest. "

They have excluded themselves from our coalition

", unanimously believe the leaders of Wakit Tama, who do not hide their anger. And who therefore call for new peaceful marches for Saturday, in Ndjamena and throughout the country. And this despite the murderous repression of the march of April 27 which left fifteen dead, according to the latest assessment of these organizations. The authorities recognize six of them. There had also been over 700 arrests.

Whatever, the members of Wakit Tama want to continue to denounce, in the street, what they refer to as an "

institutional coup

 ".

They demand the return to constitutional order and the opening of a genuine national dialogue.
