Milan (AP) - The basketball players of FC Bayern are fighting today (8.45 p.m. / Magentasport) for one of the greatest successes of a German team in the European Cup.
The Munich team will play the fifth and decisive quarter-final game of the Euroleague at Olimpia Milan.
With a win, coach Andrea Trinchieri's team would qualify for the Final Four in Cologne.
The Bundesliga club had recently equalized in the best-of-five series in their own hall with two successes.
Bayern, who were the first German team to have reached the playoffs in the premier class, are still outsiders in Italy.
