In February 2017, SBS met Doan Thi Huong, a Vietnamese woman who participated in the assassination of Chairman Kim Jong-il's eldest son Kim Jong-nam at Kuala Lumpur Airport, Malaysia, for the first time in the Korean media.

At the time, Kim Jong-nam was killed by a poisonous poison applied to the face of Doan Thi Huong and Indonesian woman City Aisha.

Mr. Huong told SBS that two months before the assassination of Kim Jong-nam, he met a man called Mr. Y, and he had been doing hidden camera shots 7-8 times in which he applied liquid to his hand and touched a person's face.

On the day of the incident, Huong said, after hearing Mr. Y's word that Mr. Wai was filming a hidden camera, he went to the airport in Malaysia.

Considering that a North Korean agent named Mr. Wai called Mr. Huong two months before the assassination of Kim Jong-nam and gave him several rehearsals, it seems that North Korea has been preparing for the assassination of Kim Jong-nam several months ago.

Details will be broadcast on the 4th night of today (SBS 8).
