Case Grillo, Privacy Guarantor: "The dissemination of the girl's video is an illegal act"

03 May 2021 The Tempio Pausania prosecutor has again closed the investigation for the alleged gang rape of Ciro Grillo, Beppe's son, and three of his friends.
According to what is learned, the prosecutors have better specified the second charge, namely the one relating to the obscene photos of three of the suspects with the second girl involved in the events of that night, taken while the young woman was sleeping.
This episode relates to 3 photos involving three of the suspects, namely Grillo, Lauria and Capitta. Now the lawyers of the four Genoese will be able to ask for a new interrogation. The magistrates will then have 20 days to ask for indictment or dismissal. For now the boys have said that it was "consenting relations".
