Ulla Andersson says that she was outraged when she read that Attendos distributed million bonuses after a time when they received state corona support.

- First, we have a company that lies to the relatives straight up in the face that gets the impression that cohort care is being conducted.

At the same time, the management gets big bonuses and shoes on the system in the middle of the pandemic.

There is no morality at all, greed seems to be total, says Ulla Andersson in a debate with Benjamin Dousa.

Dousa: The owners of Attendo have made big losses

According to Dousa, all government money has been used to deal with the pandemic, which has also meant huge losses for Attendo's owners.

- It is not the case that Attendo has received a bag of money from the state that they use for bonuses.

This is money that has been used to buy infection control equipment and to rebuild premises, says Benjamin Dousa.

Andersson: Could hire ten assistant nurses instead

Attendo's President and Group Management received SEK 4.8 million.

Instead of bonuses, the money could have been used for more staff, Andersson says, referring to the information that the company stated that they performed cohort care - something that staff and relatives thought was not true.

- One could have employed ten assistant nurses at the nursing home, and conducted cohort care.

It says so much when you defend a system like this with these consequences, says Ulla Andersson.

Benjamin Dousa points out that Attendo made a loss of SEK 900 million in 2020 and did not distribute any money to the owners.

- I wonder what the Left Party has for people.

These are older people, many in the final stages of their lives.

Shouldn't they be allowed to decide where to live somewhere ?, says Dousa.
